REVIEW
OF THE CURRICULUM

Curriculum development is a continuous process, a dynamic
one, subject to world changes in the health care strategies,
medical education goals, technology development and the
local country heath need and local resources.
The
undergraduate and postgraduate medical curriculum of all the
Medical Institutes in Myanmar are subject to constant review
and submitted to constantt changes as necessary through out
the last century.
This
was reflected by the Medical Education Seminars conducted as
necessary. They are the milestones on the path of National
Progress in Medical Education. These Milestones are as
follow:-

1964
|
|
Second Medical Education Seminar |

|
Third Medical Education Seminar |

|
Fifth Medical Education Seminar
|

|

|

Because of discussions at these Seminars, and of the
recommendation from these Seminars, the basic M.B.,B.S.
